On my mind.....

Thank you all for stopping by to wish me a happy birthday on my last post, I really appreciate. Although I had to work on my birthday, my co-workers made sure I had a great day and quite frankly it was one of my best bdays so far.

My heart goes out to families of the victims of the mine explosion in W. Virginia. May God give them the fortitude and grace to bear the loss of loved ones, Amen.

I used to look down on people who say they don't want to have children cos I didn't think it was normal. Over the years, my opinion on that has changed. I would rather you don't have children than have them and not take care of them. it's a huge responsibility to be a parent & you owe it to whomever you believe is of highest authority to give your child the best life possible.

Contrary to popular belief, I'm of the opinion that "love is NOT blind." In fact, I believe love sees much further than people are willing to admit. A lot of times people either see and choose to accept what they see, see & choose to ignore what they see, or see and are just to naive to understand the meaning of what they see.

We as the younger generation need to understand that although times have changed, certain rules about life remain fundamental.

Seems everyone's excuse for cheating these days is sex addiction, hmmn!

I need a vacation, like seriously. I say this at least once a day and my co-workers are getting tired of hearing me say it hehehe....and I've been craving suya a lot lately, naija is seriously calling yo!
